SHOXX GIVEAWAY

Each month the SHOXX cover band will give us special memorabilia items to giveaway to the American fans. These exclusive items are very limited and are only available through this giveaway offer. To enter just send us your contact information and the UPC barcode from the SHOXX month you want to enter. We will then draw the winners and announce them online on our translation pages. RULES AND REGULATIONS

Eligibility. The contest is open to all lawful residents of the United States. Contestants may submit multiple entries. By entering, contestants agree to these official rules. Overall chances of winners are dependent upon the number of entries received. Employees and immediate family members of Jhouse-Rock ENT are not eligible to participate.
 

Entry. Contestants may enter the contest by mailing, postage pre-paid, an envelope with the contestant’s full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and  SHOXX magazine UPC barcode cut from the back cover of the magazine. Mail your contact information and barcode to the following address:

Contestants may submit as many time as they want but each submission must include a SHOXX magazine UPC Barcode. Contestants must provide name, complete mailing address, SHOXX volume number, e-mail, and telephone number on the entry, or the entry will be discarded. Each month of SHOXX Magazine will have its own unique giveaway prize which will be featured on that month's translation page. Entries must be received within 60 days of the cover date you are entering . So to enter the June Giveaway you must submit your June Barcodes before the end of July. The contest sponsors will not be responsible for the inability to select winners because of postal failure, equipment failure, or data storage failure.

Winners. The winners will be chosen by random drawings on the deadline date and announced on the translation page. We will attempt to contact each winner as well as ship the giveaway items to the winners free of charge. There will be multiple winners for each month. You may enter as many times as you want and there are no restrictions for past winners. Just remember that each entry must have your contact information and UPC barcode from SHOXX magazine. By entering, winners agree to allow the contest sponsors to publicize their names and likenesses for purposes of this and future promotions without compensation.

Prizes. Prizes are listed on each months translation page found here on the Jhouse-Rock website. Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable for other items or prizes. Payment of any applicable federal, state or local tax or fee shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
